Ghadef will on-board nouvelle social change models to integrate the index communities of the Southern Cameroons entangled in the ongoing conflict, genocide, war, and/or disaster as a vehicle to train, retrain and rehabilitate affected communities.
Ghadef will expand on the successes of local organizations with a wider range of talent and evolving behavioral change models to bring new skills and fresh perspectives to initiate social change and promote transparent and sustainable communities experiencing healthy lives and aging gracefully.
Building on what works
Ghadef will expand on the successes of local organizations with a wider range of talent and evolving behavioral change models through engagement with a broad network of research and academia, related organizations, and related social media sites.
These innovations will open new doors to more efficient, flexible, culturally competent, and service-oriented support to program participants, and sister organizations.
Expanding non-traditional experiences
Ghadef will utilize an integrated approach to diversity across all activities and will be committed to encouraging global health and community development career exposure for interested professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Ghadef will bring new skills and fresh perspectives to mitigate the effects of corruption and poverty on public health systems and community development projects in resource-limited settings, as it deepens and widens the social and behavioral change pipeline.
Integrating performance-oriented professional development
To define desired training and awareness and develop ethical and professional approaches as an integral part for program participants and sister organizations.
In concert with partnering organizations, Ghadef inc. will develop common expectations for every program development, including a customized plan for each program participant, volunteer, or employee of a sister organization. A range of collaborative and training options will be available, including web-based training for out of base projects.
